“师者,所以传道、授业、解惑也。”几千年积淀形成的传统教育理念中,教师一直被赋予知识传授者、疑惑解答者的使命。然而,随着社会的进步,教师作为单一知识传授者的角色,已远远不能适应现代教育的需求。以现代化的教学内容、方法、手段的深刻变革为主要标志的现代化教学改革,掀起了一场以现代化教育理念为总体评价标准和指导思想的教改革命,作为教育具体实施者的教师,必然要成为这场革命的先行者和实践者。
