深入研究螺旋焊管成型过程的变形规律,对于螺旋焊管工艺及设备的改进具有重大意义。提出了有限条三级离散模型,建立了弹塑性大变形样条有限条U.L法列式,并采用该法对螺旋焊管成型过程进行了研究,得到了应力应变的分布规律,这将为螺旋焊管的CAD/CAM系统提供了一个变形预报及变形验证模型,并可方便地推广应用到直缝焊管等其它板料成型过程中去。
Studying the deformation rules of the spiral welded pipe forming process is of great significance to the improvement of the spiral welded pipe technology and equipment. A finite strip three-stage discrete model is proposed, and a large elasto-plastic spline finite strip U is established. L method, and the method was used to study the forming process of spiral welded pipe. The distribution of stress and strain was obtained, which will provide a model of deformation prediction and deformation verification for the spiral welded pipe CAD / CAM system. Promote the application of other materials such as straight seam welded pipe forming process.
