我国每年因腐蚀而损失的钢材数以万吨计,给国民经济的发展造成了损失,给人民生命财产构成了威胁。因此,钢材的防腐问题一直受到了人们的关注,并不断采取措施减少或者杜绝其发生。就低压工业锅炉的各金属部件来说,由于其使用条件的亚劣,腐蚀情况就更为严重,因腐蚀造成的危害也就更大。本文就低压工业锅炉比较普遍存在、且较为严重的腐蚀一氧腐蚀,从理论上对其机理,特征及影响因素和发生过程加以阐述,并结合自己近年来进行锅炉检验的实际体会,提出防止的对策,以期对锅炉的防腐工作有所帮助。
The annual loss of tens of thousands of tons of steel due to corrosion in our country has caused losses to the development of the national economy and posed a threat to people’s lives and property. For low-pressure industrial boiler metal parts, because of its inferior conditions of use, corrosion is even more serious, due to corrosion damage is greater. In this paper, low-pressure industrial boiler is more common, and more serious corrosion of oxygen corrosion, the theory of its mechanism, characteristics and influencing factors and the occurrence of the process to be described, combined with their own in recent years, the actual experience of boiler inspection, put forward to prevent Countermeasures, with a view to the boiler’s anti-corrosion work helpful.
