根据银杏幼胚离体培养的研究,得出下面几点结论:(1)椰子乳汁,无论过滤消毒或高压消毒,都可以促进银杏离体胚的分化和生长; (2)椰子乳汁对幼胚(900—1,600微米)的最适浓度是10—20%,而较高浓度(30%以上)可诱导愈伤组织的产生;(3)对于较大的胚,椰子乳汁的效果较小,接种时在2,800微米以上的胚,不产生愈伤组织,同时40%椰子乳汁比10%的效果更好;(4)对银杏胚来说,在高压消毒与过滤消毒的椰子乳汁之同,在作用上不存在明显的差异;(5)试验结果证明,椰子乳汁作用于细胞分裂,提高生长速度并在苗端四周及子叶表面,产生分生组织区。
According to the researches on in vitro culture of Ginkgo billet embryos, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) coconut milk can promote the differentiation and growth of ginkgo in vitro in vitro, either by filtration or autoclaving; (2) (900-1,600 microns) is 10-20%, while the higher concentration (30%) can induce the callus.
