国家和山东省的基本医疗保险药品目录相继颁布,广大参保职工的基本医疗用药有了依据,目前,部分职工对《药品目录》不了解,在认识上产生了一些误区。误区一:有的参保职工以为只要不是营养滋补药品都能报销。目前,我国上市的药品近万种,医疗保险基金有限,不可能把上市的药品统统囊括在报销之列,只有通过药品目录加以限制。在确定目录药品时,营养滋补药品是不能纳入药品目录的,但同时有很多同类药品也不能纳入到药品目录,所以要按药品目录规定使用,药品目录外的药品是不能报销的。
