本文对碲锌镉 (CZT) (111)取向的 Raman光谱和 PL 光谱作了分析。在 Raman光谱中 ,用 Stokes测量检测无峰 ,而反斯托克斯 (anti- Stokes)测出了它的 Raman光谱 ,其中在 - 12 5 cm- 1 处是横声子振动(TO) ,- 142 cm- 1处是纵声子振动 (L O)。由于晶体的各向异性 ,在一个平面上 ,同一晶粒旋转不同方向TO/L O比值与 (111)平面等能面截面图相符。另它的 PL光谱在 80 7nm(1.5 35 e V) ,FWH M为 30 nm(0 .0 5 7e V) ,旋转方向对 PL光谱无影响。故在生长 Hg Cd Te单晶薄膜时 ,要注意衬底 CZT的晶体摆放位置
In this paper, the Raman and PL spectra of CZT (111) orientation have been analyzed. In the Raman spectrum, no peaks were detected with the Stokes measurement, while its Raman spectrum was measured with anti-Stokes where the transverse phonon vibration (TO) at -125 cm-1, Phonon vibration (LO) at 142 cm-1. Due to the anisotropy of the crystal, the TO / L O ratio in different directions of the same grain rotation in one plane is in agreement with that of the (111) plane. In addition, its PL spectrum was at 80 7nm (1.535eV) and FWH M was 30 nm (0.07eV). The rotation direction had no effect on the PL spectrum. Therefore, the growth of Hg Cd Te single crystal film, pay attention to the substrate CZT crystal placement
