从《周易》经传的符号系统和文字系统的一般概念着手,初步对其与中国烹饪的关系作较为系统的探讨,相关的结论分为《周易》经传文字本身所反映的古代中国烹饪或饮食的名物制度、《周易》义理和中国烹饪、《周易》蕴含的辩证思维方法和中国烹饪等三个方面,其中以第三点最值得作深入探讨.它对当代中国烹饪事业的发展仍具有指导意义.
Based on the general concepts of the symbolic and writing systems of the Book of Changes, this paper systematically explores its relationship with Chinese cooking. The relevant conclusions are divided into the ancient Chinese cooking or eating reflected in the translated text of the Book of Changes The system of the Ming Dynasty and the Chinese cuisine, the dialectical thinking method contained in the Book of Changes and the Chinese cuisine, among which the third is the most worthy for further discussion.It is still instructive for the development of contemporary Chinese cooking .
