从书信到电话、电子邮件、网上聊天,人们的远程交流方式逐渐从间接向直按靠陇,但是如果需要实现交流较为复杂的事件,以上的方式都将难于实现。10月14日,朝阳区政府街道工作办公室的王贤乐先生在接受本报记者采访时表示:“从10月1号建立在IP视频会议系统基础上的朝阳区‘互动式电子社区’开通以后,实时互动交流将变得非常方便。不管相互之间距离多远,只需有一台电脑、一个摄像头、按入互联网,登录我们的系统,就能马上实现‘面对面’的交流”。
