目的了解6月~2岁单纯性和复杂性热性惊厥患儿血清IFN-α,IL-8和TNF-α水平的异常变化。方法应用ELISA法检测64例单纯性热性惊厥和52例复杂性热性惊厥患儿血清IFN-α,IL-8和TNF-α的含量,并对IL-8和TNF-α进行了相关性研究。结果单纯性热性惊厥组血清IFN-α,IL-8和TNF-α的含量分别为46768±11246ng/L,7438±1874ng/L和81236±23238ng/L,其含量明显高于正常对照组(P<001),也明显高于单纯性热性惊厥组(P<001)。IL-8和TNF-α在这两组疾病中分别呈正相关(r1=0565,r2=064,P<001)。结论①在单纯性热性惊厥和复杂性热性惊厥中,细胞因子明显增加,在增强机体免疫系统抗感染的同时,也激发了免疫性炎症反应,对组织细胞可能产生损伤。②IL-8和TNF-α在两组疾病中形成一对辅助因子,并参与了整个病理过程。
Objective To investigate the abnormal changes of serum levels of IFN-α, IL-8 and TNF-α in children with simple and complicated febrile seizures from June to 2 years old. Methods Serum levels of IFN-α, IL-8 and TNF-α in 64 cases of simple febrile seizures and 52 cases of complicated febrile seizures were detected by ELISA. The correlation between IL-8 and TNF-α the study. Results The levels of IFN-α, IL-8 and TNF-α in simple febrile seizures group were 46768 ± 11246ng / L, 7438 ± 1874ng / L and 81236 ± 23238ng, respectively / L, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <001) and also significantly higher than that of the simple febrile seizure group (P <001). There was a positive correlation between IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups of diseases (r1 = 0.565, r2 = 0.64, P <0.01). Conclusions ① In simple febrile seizures and complicated febrile seizures, the cytokines are significantly increased. While enhancing the immune system anti-infective, it also stimulates the immune inflammatory reaction and may damage the tissue cells. IL-8 and TNF-α formed a pair of cofactors in the two groups of diseases and participated in the whole pathological process.
