我很不情愿承认有新人,老人之说。我们都在从事以创造力论价值的工作,从业乃至登顶自然不必按步就班。无论是谁,在这个行当里都必须具备两种品质:充沛的好奇心和执著的方向。如此,你便可以成为很“老”的新人;或者是很“新”的老人(比如我)。我相信人的思想是不需要“户籍”管理的,所以并没有固定的社会定式。关键是你能想到,并且还当真去做了!那些每天有很多想法,而且还兢兢业业的年轻人总是让我心生“畏惧”,“阿弥陀佛”!真是“灵童”转世啊!如果说新人和老人之间硬是有什么不同的话,那就是新人还没有足够
