钱正英同志在全国水利厅(局)长会议上指出:水利工作基本渡过了调整时期,出现了新的转机。并要求水利战线的同志全面分析形势,研究新形势下的工作方向,部署1988年任务,迎接水利新时期。如何认清新形势,发现新问题,明确工作方向,把握有利时机,开创水利工作新局面,便是我们水利工作者特别是各级领导同志需要解决的问题,也是摆在我的面前的迫切任务。
Comrade Qian Zhengying pointed out at the meeting of the National Water Conservancy Bureau (bureau) that the water conservancy work basically passed the adjustment period and a new turning point appeared. He also demanded that comrades in the water front conduct a comprehensive analysis of the situation, study the work direction in the new situation, deploy the task in 1988 and welcome the new period of water conservancy. How to recognize the new situation, find new problems, clarify the work direction, grasp the favorable opportunity and create a new situation in water conservancy work are the problems to be solved by our water conservancy workers, especially the leading comrades at all levels, and the urgent task before us .
