改革开放前,我们国家的管理基本上依赖于纪律规范机制来调整社会关系,但是光靠这一机制是不行的。调整社会关系的另一大机制就是利益犒赏机制,调整社会关系要靠这两个机制。
Before the reform and opening up, the management of our country basically relied on the disciplinary and regulatory mechanism to adjust social relations. However, this mechanism alone can not do it. Another major mechanism for adjusting social relations is the mechanism of reward for benefits. The adjustment of social relations depends on these two mechanisms.
