左心耳特殊的解剖结构、功能特点使其成为目前研究的热点。本文针对实时三维超声心动图在左心耳实时三维成像可行性的研究、形态的观察、开口面积及深度的测量、体积及功能的研究、血栓的诊断以及左心耳闭塞术中的应用进行综述。
Left atrial appendage special anatomical structure, functional characteristics make it a hot research point. This article reviews the feasibility of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in three-dimensional imaging of left atrial appendage, morphological observation, measurement of open area and depth, volume and function, diagnosis of thrombus and application of LAA.
