符号是认识客观世界的媒介和手段,符号学为我们提供了一个研究人类文化艺术的新视角。云南少数民族视觉艺术是云南少数民族智慧的结晶,也是云南少数民族生活、历史以及世界观的显性体现,蕴含着丰富的民族文化。本文从物质和意蕴的二元性角度阐述了云南少数民族视觉艺术的符号性质;分析了云南少数民族视觉艺术的文化主体;探讨了云南少数民族视觉艺术符号的民族性、原始性和乡土性。
Symbol is the medium and means of understanding the objective world. Semiotics provides us with a new perspective to study human culture and art. Visual arts of ethnic minorities in Yunnan is the crystallization of the wisdom of ethnic minorities in Yunnan. It is also a manifestation of the life, history and worldview of ethnic minorities in Yunnan, embodying a rich national culture. This paper expounds the symbolic nature of visual arts of ethnic minorities in Yunnan from the perspective of duality of material and connotation; analyzes the cultural subjects of Yunnan minority visual arts; and discusses the ethnicity, originality and local character of the visual arts symbols of ethnic minorities in Yunnan.
