不同防氟改水类型及供水方式效益评估

农安县位于吉林省中部,是饮水型地方性氟中毒重病区之一,病区浅层地下水含氟量1.5~17.0mg/L。共有病区屯422个,重病屯88个,中病屯207个,轻病屯127个,分布在21个乡镇。氟斑牙患者70741人,患病率61.10%;氟骨症患者7355人,患病率6.33%;重度残疾患者293人。1961年在杨树林乡西张家店屯首次发现氟中毒,1963年采取防氟改水措施,取得一定成效。但成熟而有效的防氟改水工程(自来水)的建立是从80年代开始,至1993年末共打深井68眼,建化学除氟和联屯引水各1处,全部安装自来水。 Nong’an County, located in the middle of Jilin Province, is one of the endemic fluorosis areas with drinking water. The fluoride content in shallow groundwater of the ward is 1.5-17.0mg / L. There were 422 ward villages, 88 wounded villages, 207 ward villages and 127 wicked villages, which were distributed in 21 townships. 70741 dental fluorosis patients, the prevalence of 61.10%; skeletal fluorosis patients 7355, the prevalence of 6.33%; 293 patients with severe disabilities. Fluorosis was first discovered in Zhangjiadian Village, Yangshulin Township in 1961, and measures were taken in 1963 to prevent water pollution and improve water quality. Some achievements were achieved. However, the establishment of a mature and effective anti-fluoride water improvement project (tap water) started from the 1980s until the end of 1993 and a total of 68 deep wells were drilled.
