走廊泛指连接房间与房间、建筑物与建筑物之间的通道。从使用功能来看,大多为解决人行、交通、疏散、供人们活动的行人走廊,也有供排放设备管线的管道走廊,还有各类专用走廊,如工业厂房常见的皮带运输机走廊等。单就行人走廊来讲,有独立的单走廊,如北京颐和园的走廊,也有夹在建筑物房间之间的内走廊,还有仅在其一侧设置房间的外走廊。单走廊
