目的根据帕金森病患者健康教育需求及施教特点,为制定科学合理的健康教育方式提供依据。方法抽选42例在台州市中心医院接受治疗的帕金森病患者,采用自行设计的健康教育需求调查表,对帕金森病患者进行健康教育需求调查。结果帕金森病患者对医院服务人员的需求、对疾病知识的需求及出院后健康教育需求程度均较为迫切,教育方式需求依次为护理人员给予个别教育、观看录像示范教育、宣传手册教育、患者现身说法教育。患者希望施教者首选是医生的有32例(占76.2%),首选是护士的有10例(占23.8%)。结论帕金森病患者对健康教育项目的需求各不相同,呈现多样化特点。应针对帕金森病患者不同需求特点,采取科学合理的方式进行相应的施教对策,以使患者有一个相对正常的生活质量。
Objective According to the health education needs of patients with Parkinson’s disease and teaching characteristics, to provide a basis for the development of scientific and rational health education. Methods Forty-two patients with Parkinson’s disease who were treated in Central Hospital of Taizhou were enrolled in this study. The self-designed questionnaire of health education was used to investigate the demand for health education in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Results The demand for hospital service personnel, the knowledge of disease and the demand for health education after discharge from the hospital were more urgent. The demand for education mode was followed by individual education for nurses, video recording demonstration education and education of handbook education. Patients preferred to teach the preferred doctor is 32 cases (76.2%), the preferred nurses are 10 cases (23.8%). Conclusions Patients with Parkinson’s disease have different needs for health education programs and have diversified features. Should be based on the different needs of patients with Parkinson’s disease characteristics, take a scientific and reasonable manner to carry out the appropriate teaching strategies to enable patients to have a relatively normal quality of life.
