1病历摘要患者女,34岁,农民,因葡萄胎术后2年,腹痛伴阴道流血5个月,加重1d入院。查体:贫血貌,血压120/80mmHg。下腹膨隆,压痛(+),反跳痛(-),移动性浊音(+)。内诊:阴道畅,血性分泌物,宫颈举痛(+),后穹窿饱满,子宫前位,约孕3个月大,压痛(+),双附件区未触及异常。彩色多普勒检查:
