在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上,胡锦涛总书记的讲话系统阐述了提高党的建设科学化水平的意义和指向,要求推进党的制度建设,保障党员主体地位和民主权利。我们要深刻认识到,在新的历史条件下,保持和发展马克思主义政党先进性,就要建立科学的党建工作机制,充分发挥党员的主体性。在高校,学生党员主体参与对于学生党建工作机制创新、提升科学化水平具有重大而深远的意义。
At the congress of celebrating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, General Secretary Hu Jintao’s speech systematically expounded the significance and pointing of raising the scientific level of party building, and demanded that the construction of the party’s system should be promoted and the party members’ main body status and democratic rights guaranteed. We must profoundly understand that under the new historical conditions and maintaining and developing the advanced nature of Marxist political parties, we must establish a scientific party-building working mechanism and give full play to the party members’ subjectivity. In colleges and universities, the participation of student party members is of great and far-reaching significance to the innovation of party building mechanism of students and the promotion of scientific level.
