目前,提高汽车燃油经济性是汽车工业的重要任务之一。在定型试验和检查试验时,燃油耗量的精确测量乃是解决这一任务的必要条件。对道路试验用油耗测量仪的要求是:在精确测量的条件下,应具有较大的油耗测定范围。这一测量仪和其中的电子元件,其结构应紧凑,以便于装在发动机罩内,并对汽车的高频振动和脉动油流应是不敏感的。苏联汽车研究所研制了T4Ⅱ型无滑阀的四活塞式油耗测量仪。油耗测量仪的结构示于下图。燃油经进油咀(图上部未示出)流入空气分离器(带浮子7和针阀8),并经纸质细滤器口进入测量部。燃油由测量部经出油咀流向用油部位。在燃油压力下,在测量仪壳体6内,径向排列着4个缸筒3,缸筒内有4个活塞2,活
At present, improving automobile fuel economy is one of the important tasks of automobile industry. Precise measurement of fuel consumption during set-up and inspection tests is a necessary condition for this task. The requirements of road test fuel consumption measuring instrument are: under the conditions of accurate measurement, it should have a larger measuring range of fuel consumption. The gauge and its electronic components should be compact enough to fit inside the hood and be insensitive to high-frequency vibration and pulsating oil flow in the car. Soviet Automobile Research Institute has developed a T4 Ⅱ-type four-piston non-slip valve fuel consumption meter. The structure of the fuel gauge is shown in the following figure. The fuel flows into the air separator (with the float 7 and the needle valve 8) through the inlet nozzle (not shown in the upper part of the figure) and enters the measuring section through the fine filter port.
