采用表面激光熔覆方法对AM60B镁合金汽车轮毂进行了改性热处理研究,并进行了中性盐雾腐蚀、酸雨腐蚀和磨损试验。结果表明,表面激光熔覆改性热处理能有效改善AM60B镁合金汽车轮毂的耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能、耐酸雨腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能;较佳的工艺参数为:激光功率2.5 kW、光斑直径3 mm、激光扫描速度240 mm/min、送粉速度12 g/min、熔深1.5 mm;复合粉末的组成(wt%)为59.8 Cr、30.0Al、10.0纳米Al2O3和0.2混合稀土。
Surface laser cladding method was used to modify AM60B magnesium alloy automobile wheel hub, and neutral salt spray corrosion, acid rain corrosion and wear test were carried out. The results show that the surface laser cladding modified heat treatment can effectively improve the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance, acid rain corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the AM60B magnesium alloy automobile wheel hub. The preferred process parameters are: laser power 2.5 kW, spot Diameter of 3 mm, laser scanning speed of 240 mm / min, feeding speed of 12 g / min and penetration depth of 1.5 mm. The composition (wt%) of composite powders was 59.8 Cr, 30.0 Al, 10.0 nm Al2O3 and 0.2 mixed rare earth.
