单片机控制系统在机械生产中应用广泛,其具有扩展性好、生产效率高的优势。但单片机控制系统在工作环境中易受其他因素干扰,影响工作效果。本文分析了单片机控制系统的干扰源,并提出通过硬件和软件措施提高其抗干扰性,以此保证工业生产活动的有序进行。
SCM control system is widely used in mechanical production, which has the advantages of good scalability, high production efficiency. However, SCM control system in the work environment vulnerable to interference with other factors, affecting the work results. In this paper, the interference sources of SCM control system are analyzed, and the anti-interference of hardware and software measures are raised to ensure the orderly operation of industrial production.
