① As a hardened rural road project which is one of the main contents of “2233” project that Guangfeng County implemented vigorously in recent years, it is estimated that nearly 200 million yuan will be spent in three years to harden 500 km of village roads. In 2004, 58.1 million yuan was invested to complete 260 kilometers of rural roadbed reconstruction and 118 kilometers of road surface hardening. ② In the recent two years, Guangfeng County invested nearly 400 million yuan to build a highway connecting Guang-Guang Expressway and Guang-Wen Expressway of Liw Wen Expressway and three fast-track roads leading to the Second Highway to further shorten the space-time distance with the developed coastal areas
