系统总结抗震救灾部队饮食卫生管理工作经验,在环境恶劣、加工场所简陋、苍蝇密度高,采购渠道复杂情况下,突出重点、抓主要环节,确保饮食安全。通过经常性卫生监督,找出饮食卫生管理的问题,制定对策。总结出饮食卫生管理的做法:统一野战条件饮食卫生管理标准;通过经常性卫生监督,制定整改措施;对重点场所、重点环节进行监督,开展食品卫生检测。抗震救灾部队饮食卫生管理形势严峻,因地制宜,科学指导,是预防各类肠道疾病和食物中毒发生的关键。
