The application of genetic algorithm to the device synthesis problem is studied. The corresponding fitness function and genetic operator are designed for the parametric device space, which can be used to obtain the feasible design space of the device and study the influence of the parameters on the device performance.For the FIBMOS device The result of comprehensive design shows the effectiveness of this method
