用发根农杆菌15834,LBA9402株和根癌农杆菌C58株感染丹参无菌苗,完成质粒转化后诱导出毛状根和冠瘿瘤。毛状根和冠瘿组织在无激素的培养基上于光照条件下分化出转化后的丹参再生植物,再生植物移植到土壤中能够成活。用发根农杆菌转化后的再生植物的具有节间缩短,植株矮化、地下部毛状须根发达等特征。用根癌农杆菌转化后的再生植物生长旺盛,地上部分较原植物高大,根系发达,根产量和丹参酮含量都高于原植物。
Agrobacterium rhizogenes 15834, LBA9402 and Agrobacterium tumefaciens C58 were used to infect Salvia miltiorrhiza, and the hairy roots and crown gall tumors were induced after the completion of plasmid transformation. Hairy roots and crown gall tissue in the hormone-free medium under light conditions differentiated transformed Salvia regenerated plants, regenerated plants transplanted into the soil to survive. The regenerated plants transformed with Agrobacterium rhizogenes are characterized by shortened internodes, dwarfed plants and developed fibrous roots in hair under the ground. The regenerated plants transformed with Agrobacterium tumefaciens had strong growth, the aboveground parts were taller than the original plants, the root system was developed, and the root yield and tanshinone content were higher than the original plants.
