在我国社会经济高速发展的背景下,房地产业获得了前所未有的发展机遇,住宅生产方式的变革已经被提到空前的高度,随着住宅消费市场化进程的加快,无论是小区的规划,住宅楼的外观设计还是内部格局,都呈现出新的设计趋势;但与此同时,也出现了一些忽视专业原则,对市场设计热点盲从跟风的现象,这些失败的楼盘,不仅造成了极大的浪费,也给社会带来了持续的压力,我们在设计中一定要避免这些“时尚”的陷阱。
