截至2013年3月10日,由中国石油石油化工研究院自主研发的PHC-03加氢裂化催化剂在大庆石化120万t/a加氢裂化装置已稳定运行270天,累计加工常压、减压蜡油等原料90多万t,液体产品收率达到99.37%,产品质量全部达到标准要求。运行结果表明,PHC-03加氢裂化催化剂在中间馏分油选择性、异构裂化能力和降低装置能耗等方面具有明显优势,比柴油和航空喷气燃料收率提高约3%,柴油凝点降低5℃以上,加氢裂化尾油BMCI值降低2个单位。加氢裂化催化剂是加氢裂化技术的关键,需具备加氢、裂化和异构化的多重功能,以实现产品分布的灵活调整。
