目的调查胆囊收缩素-45C/T(CCK-45C/T)的遗传多态性,探讨其与抑郁症的遗传相关性。方法采集111例中国健康汉族人和130例抑郁症患者全血样本,利用TaqMan荧光标记探针杂交技术,使用Prism7900HT型荧光定量PCR仪,对CCK-45C/T进行基因频率调查,并比较分析健康人群和抑郁症患病人群CCK-45C/T等位基因的分布差异。结果 CCK-45C/T等位基因T的频率在健康群体中为0.369 4,在抑郁症患者群体中为0.496 2,组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 CCK-45C/T等位基因T的分布在健康和抑郁症患者中差异显著,该基因可能与抑郁症易感相关。
Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphism of cholecystokinin-45C / T (CCK-45C / T) and to investigate its genetic relationship with depression. Methods A total of 111 healthy Han Chinese patients and 130 depression patients were enrolled in this study. The gene frequency of CCK-45C / T was investigated by TaqMan fluorescent probe hybridization and Prism 7900HT fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument. To analyze the distribution of CCK-45C / T allele in healthy population and depressed population. Results The frequency of allele T of CCK-45C / T was 0.369 4 in healthy subjects and 0.496 2 in depressed patients. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The distribution of CCK-45C / T allele T is significantly different between healthy and depressed patients, which may be related to the predisposition to depression.
