我国高职艺术设计类专业人才培养模式经过近十年的改革与发展,在软硬件建设方面有了长足发展与进步,但是到目前为止,仍未达到理想状态。环境艺术设计专业的人才培养仍然存在专业设置市场化程度较低、专业师资队伍结构不合理、教学方式单一落后以及教学实践环节薄弱等问题,严重制约专业教学水平的提高。如何在持续的教学过程中,围绕市场需求,创新培养模式,优化师资队伍结构,满足现阶段技术技能型高职人才的培养要求,是高职环境艺术专业教学管理人员亟需解决的问题。
After nearly 10 years of reform and development, China’s vocational art and design professionals have made great strides in the development of software and hardware. However, up to now, they have not reached the ideal. There are still some problems in professional training of environmental art design professionals, such as low degree of marketization in professional setting, irrational structure of professional teaching staff, single backward teaching methods and weak links in teaching practice, which seriously restrict the improvement of professional teaching level. How to raise the model of training, optimizing the structure of teaching staff and meeting the training needs of the current skilled technical talents are the problems that need to be solved urgently in the teaching of environmental art specialty in higher vocational education.
