四川、云南、贵州、广西、重庆价格理论讨论会第七次会议暨四川省价格学会成立十周年学术讨论会,1992年6月10日至6月14日在四川嘟江堰市召开。会议以小平同志的南巡重要谈话精神为指导,以加快改革步伐,理顺粮食、能源为重点的价格体系,建设新的价格体制与运行机制为主题,广泛进行了学术研讨和学术观点交流。现将“八五”到“九五”的价格改革的思路选择这一问题的基本看法综述如下:
Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Chongqing seminar on the price of the seventh meeting of the Sichuan Price Society and the tenth anniversary of the Symposium, June 10, 1992 to June 14 held in Dujiangyan City, Sichuan. Under the guidance of Xiaoping’s important talk in the southern tour of the country, the conference conducted academic discussions and exchange of academic views on the theme of accelerating the pace of reform, rationalizing the price system focusing on food and energy, and building a new price system and operation mechanism. The basic ideas for choosing this issue from the thinking of the price reform during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” to the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” are summarized as follows:
