白粉病是新疆多种瓜类的严重病害之一。瓜类在生育的中后期由于白粉病危害,叶片和茎蔓局部或全部萎缩硬化,并逐渐变为白色或褐色而干枯,致使果实产量和含糖量下降,风味大减,甚至不堪食用。 近年来,各地多用托布津防治白粉病,白粉病对其产生了抗性,因而防治效果越来越差,急需选用新的有效药剂。1981年,我们在全国大田农药试验网的组织下,用15%粉锈宁可湿性粉剂,在甜瓜(哈密瓜)和黄瓜上进行白粉病的防治试验。 供试药剂为四川化工研究所生产的15%
