右室梗塞在常规心电图中无特殊表现,常易忽视。近年来,右室梗塞常加做某些导联如V_4R～V_6R、MR、ME导联等以获得右室心肌坏死的图形。曾有报道以上导联呈现QS、W型或rS型(这些导联正常图形为RS、Rs、R型)为右室梗塞图形,但在临床上经常发现其他图形,难以确定正常与否,现将306例正常人右心导联的图形总结如下: 对象与方法检查对象为干部及工人,经病史询问、体检、X线及常规十二导联心电图检查未发现异常者。306例中男220例,女86例,年龄19～39
