目的:探讨倍他乐克治疗慢性稳定性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将64例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为标准治疗组和倍他乐克组,各32例,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组之间的疗效比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前后心动图指标的改善值比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用倍他乐克逐步加量的治疗方案能够取得安全有效的治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Betaloc in the treatment of chronic stable heart failure. Methods: Sixty-four patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into standard treatment group and metoprolol group, 32 cases in each group. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of cardiogram before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of methotrexate gradually increase the amount of treatment can be safe and effective treatment.
