该文主要研究对高炮系统的防空效能的评价，并对其战技诸元提出改进意见，决策出２个较优的战技诸元参数范围。为了解决决传统专家系统的知识获取瓶颈问题，采用了基于神经网络的智能评价决策专家系统（ＮＩＥＤＥＳ）。详细介绍了ＮＩＥＤＥＳ在高炮系统防空效能评价决策中的方案设计和具体实现。ＮＩＥＤＥＳ在实际应用中取得了令人满意的结果。
This article mainly studies the evaluation of the air defense effectiveness of the artillery system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the air defense effectiveness of the artillery system. In order to solve the bottleneck of knowledge acquisition of traditional expert system, intelligent evaluation decision-making expert system (NIEDES) based on neural network is adopted. The design and realization of NIEDES in detail in the air defense effectiveness evaluation decision of the anti-aircraft artillery system are introduced in detail. NIEDES has achieved satisfactory results in practical applications.
