本文对一组患急、慢性牙髓炎,同时有冠心病的患者,在开髓治疗过程中,进行血压、心率、心电图变化的观察。其结果表明:在开髓治疗过程中,患者因注射局部麻醉剂、开髓时不适感,以及精神紧张、焦虑等应激因素的作用下,引起血压升高,心率加快。部分患者因原有冠状动脉供血不足导致心肌缺血的现象进一步加重,出现心电图变化。从而提示我们在开髓治疗时,要做好精神安慰、并采取一定的预防措施,以达到患者顺利地完成开髓治疗,又不致引起异常的心功能变化。
In this paper, a group of patients with acute and chronic pulpitis, while patients with coronary heart disease, in the process of open pulp during the observation of blood pressure, heart rate, ECG changes. The results showed that in the process of open pulp therapy, patients with local anesthetic injection, discomfort when the opening pulp, and mental stress, anxiety and other stress factors, caused by elevated blood pressure, heart rate. Some patients due to insufficient blood supply to the original cause of myocardial ischemia further aggravate the phenomenon of ECG changes. Thus prompted us to open the marrow treatment, to be good spiritual comfort, and take some preventive measures to achieve the patient successfully complete open pulp therapy, without causing abnormal cardiac function changes.
