抽汲是常用于油气井中的诱喷排液方法。为了防止抽汲时井上设备被油水污染和更安全可靠,大港油田井下作业公司研究制成功了一种新型的抽汲防喷盒。 新型抽汲防喷盒结构由滚轮稳定器、胶皮防喷盒、塑料球除液盒和安全接头组成(见图)。 这种防喷盒采用3个可以拆装的互成180°的液轮组成的稳定器,可使抽汲工具通过并使井架天车和井口对中。在抽汲时,钢丝绳上行,胶皮防喷盒能将绝大部分液体阻挡于胶皮防喷盒以下,少量夹存于钢丝绳股丝之间的残液则被众多的自由滚动的塑料球留下,并经放液管(12)回收。实践证明,经过两级密封除液后,抽汲时钢丝绳带出液体则极少洒落地面。
