机械部弹簧产品质量监督检测中心(以下简称弹检中心)通过每年弹簧产品质量监督抽检(国家技术监督局委托)及平时行业技术工作了解到,目前弹簧产品制造单位和弹簧产品用户有90%以上的使用指针式弹簧检测设备,而这类仪器设备的直线刻尺位移定位精度低,加载时,弹簧拉压试验机的下压盘随着度盘上指示负荷增大而下沉。下沉量引起的误差在使用小负荷的弹簧拉压试验机测试大刚度的弹簧时反映得更明显,而且指针式仪表人为读数误差较大,指针式弹簧试验机测试准确度较差,影响弹簧产品质量。
