职业院校作为我国社会人才培养的地方,随着职业院校教育改革的深入,对学生职业素质培养越来越看重,学生职业素质高低是衡量职业院校人才培养质量的一个重要指标,学生职业素质的高低不仅关系学生的发展,同时也关系职业院校的发展,而要想提高学生的职业素质,就必须构建科学的职业素质培养体系,加强职业素质教育。就职业院校学生职业素质培养体系的构建作了相关的研究。
