11月9—10日,2009民政论坛在北京召开,李学举部长出席论坛开幕式并致辞,李立国副部长做论坛综述报告,罗平飞副部长宣读了2009年民政政策理论研究获奖论文名单。窦玉沛副部长主持开幕式,中纪委驻民政部纪检组组长曲淑辉主持闭幕式。此次论坛为期两天,设有现代民政、民生民政、和谐民政三个分论坛和专题讲座。论坛期间,有关专家从专业视角,立足各自研究领域,作了主旨发言;本届论坛应征论文500多篇,内容丰富、各有侧重、各具特色。部分获奖论文作者围绕民政工作科学发展的主题,交流了研究成果。此次论坛既是一届全面展示民政政策理论研究成果,交流思想、开阔视野、创新思路的论坛,也是一次深入学习实践科学发展观,集思广益、聚智聚力,共商民政事业发展大计的盛会。各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市和新疆生产建设兵团民政厅(局)负责人及代表,2009年度民政政策理论研究获奖论文作者,有关高校和科研院所的专家学者,部机关司局、直属单位主要负责人参加了此次论坛。
From November 9 to November 10, 2009 Civil Affairs Forum was held in Beijing. Minister Li Xueju attended the opening ceremony of the forum and delivered a speech. Vice Minister Li Liguo made a summary report of the forum. Vice Minister Luo Pingfei read out the list of winning papers on theoretical research on civil policies in 2009. Vice Minister Dou Yupei presided over the opening ceremony and Qu Shuhui, head of the discipline inspection team of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission in the Ministry of Civil Affairs, presided over the closing ceremony. The two-day forum has three sub-forums and seminars on modern civil affairs, livelihood and civil affairs, and harmonious civil administration. During the forum, relevant experts made keynote speeches based on their respective fields of expertise from a professional perspective. The forum featured more than 500 papers and was rich in content and focused on each with its own unique features. Some award winning authors exchange their research results around the theme of scientific development of civil affairs work. This forum is not only a forum for comprehensively presenting the research results of civilian policies and theories, exchanging ideas, broadening horizons and innovating ideas, but also an event for in-depth study and practice of the scientific concept of development, brainstorming together, gathering together for wisdom, and discussing plans for the development of civil affairs. Officials and representatives of Civil Affairs Department (Bureau) of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, experts and scholars of universities and research institutes, departments and agencies directly under the Ministry of Civil Affairs, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, The main person in charge of the unit attended the forum.
