目的:测定心草中的总黄酮含量并确定其提取条件。方法:采用分光光度法测定、乙醇浸提法提取心草中的总黄酮。结果:浸提的最佳条件是:A3B1C3D2,即用20倍50%乙醇在70℃下进行6h,总黄酮含量为15.675%。平均加样回收率为97.67%。结论:心草中的总黄酮含量较高,此方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为检测心草中黄酮含量的一种手段。
Objective: To determine the content of total flavonoids in heart grass and determine its extraction conditions. Methods: Spectrophotometry and ethanol extraction were used to extract total flavonoids from Herba. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction were as follows: A3B1C3D2, ie, 20 times 50% ethanol at 70 ℃ for 6h, the total flavonoid content was 15.675%. The average recovery was 97.67%. Conclusion: The content of total flavonoids in Hedyotis herb is high. This method is simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be used as a method to detect the content of flavonoids in Hedysarum officinale.
