目的:建立离子色谱法同时测定双份饭中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的分析方法。方法:样品经沉淀蛋白、脂肪,过0.22μm滤膜,在20℃温度下,采用阴离子分析柱(Metrosep A Supp 5-250 4.0 mm×250 mm)分离,电导检测器检测。结果:亚硝酸盐在0.10~1.0 mg/L范围内,硝酸盐在1.0~10.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,其相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9992,RSD分别为0.81%~1.51%和0.95%~1.76%,亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的检出限分别为0.004 mg/L和0.005 mg/L,回收率分别为95.8%~101.3%和94.7%~104.2%。结论:该方法简便快捷、准确可靠,能满足双份饭中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of nitrite and nitrate in double serving rice by ion chromatography. Methods: Samples were precipitated with protein and fat and filtered through 0.22μm membrane. The samples were separated by Metronose A Supp 5-250 4.0 mm × 250 mm at 20 ℃ and detected by conductivity detector. Results: The results showed that the correlation coefficients of nitrite in the range of 0.10-1.0 mg / L and nitrate in the range of 1.0-10.0 mg / L were 0.9997 and 0.9992, respectively. The RSDs were 0.81% -1.51% and 0.95% The detection limits of nitrite and nitrate were 0.004 mg / L and 0.005 mg / L, respectively. The recoveries were 95.8% -101.3% and 94.7% -104.2%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, and can meet the determination of nitrite and nitrate in double meals.
