中国人还记得,李鹏总理1992年出现在著名的达沃斯世界经济论坛上时,引起世界轰动。今天中国人更加关注,年复一年的达沃斯论坛越来越不同寻常,名人政要云集,信息舆论蜂拥,无拘无束交流,使这个已有27年历史的非官方论坛面貌一新,备受关注。中国的题目被广为谈论,广为传播,然而中国还未能充分利用这个舞台展现自己的风采。本刊接受北京大学国际关系研究所所长袁明的郑重提议并在她的鼎力相助下,特地约请我国常驻联合国日内瓦代表团吴建民大使、中国日报总编朱英璜、中国宏观经济研究院高级研究员黄范章和袁明一起撰文,写写他们亲历达沃斯论坛的感受。字字句句,有感而发,笔笔划划,负载重责。在此谨向四位作者致以深切谢忱。
Chinese people still remember that when Premier Li Peng appeared on the famous Davos World Economic Forum in 1992, it caused a sensation in the world. Today, the Chinese are paying more attention to the fact that the Davos Forum, which is getting year after year, is getting more and more unusual. The gathering of celebrities and politicians and flocking of public opinion have given this 27-year-old unofficial forum a fresh look and attention . China’s topic is widely discussed and widely disseminated. However, China has not been able to make full use of this stage to demonstrate its own style. The magazine accepted the solemn proposal of Yuan Ming, director of the Institute of International Relations at Peking University, and with the help of her, specially invited Ambassador Wu Jianmin, Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations in Geneva, Zhu Yinghuang, editor in chief of China Daily, Huang Fanzhang, senior researcher of China Macroeconomic Research Institute, Write with Yuan Ming and write about how they experienced the Davos forum.
