成人职业培训的目标是通过培训获得有益于实际工作的技能。如何实现职业技能培训和实际工作的结合,本文借鉴瑞士职业教育及成人继续教学的经验对此作了浅论。
The goal of adult vocational training is to acquire skills that are useful for practical work through training. How to achieve the combination of vocational skills training and practical work, this article draws lessons from the experience of Swiss vocational education and adult continuing education.
