服务外包是现代服务业的一种新业态,即企业将信息服务和商务流程等业务发包给企业外第三方服务提供者,以降低成本、优化产业链、提升企业核心竞争力。由于全球服务外包的迅速发展以及其所蕴藏的巨大发展潜力,我国已经把服务外包作为发展经济的一个新增长点。基于此,本文对我国发展服务外包的主要动因、优势、重点领域等进行了研究,并为我国加速发展服务外包提出建议。
Outsourcing is a new format of modern service industry, in which enterprises outsource their information services and business processes to third-party service providers outside the enterprise in order to reduce costs, optimize the industrial chain and enhance their core competitiveness. Due to the rapid development of global service outsourcing and its tremendous potential for development, our country has regarded service outsourcing as a new growth point for economic development. Based on this, this paper studies the main motivation, advantages and key areas of developing service outsourcing in China and puts forward suggestions for accelerating the development of service outsourcing in China.
