座落在保山市隆阳区东部的瓦渡乡土官村,是一个海拔均在1800米以上的高寒山村,全村辖16个自然村,共有665户2747人。过去,全村人均有粮仅250公斤,人均纯收入不到300元,是隆阳区远近闻名的贫困村。近几年来,村党支部“一班人”带领全村群众紧密结合山区实际,夯实发展基础,千方百计增加农民收入,调整产业结构,大力发展烤烟生产,使全村群众摆脱贫困,过上了文明、幸福的生活。
