探讨益髓解毒方对骨髓增生异常综合征难治性贫血 (MDS-RA)造血刺激因子和造血抑制因子的影响。通过Iscove’s液体培养体系培养,观察MDS-RA患者骨髓单个核细胞经益髓解毒方不同剂量作用后,培养体系上清液造血刺激因子IL-3和造血抑制因子IFN -γ变化。结果:益髓解毒方大剂量组对IL-3和IFN-γ均有促进作用。提示:益髓解毒方有促进造血刺激因子和造血抑制因子恢复动态平衡的良性趋向作用。
To explore the effect of Yijing Jiedu Decoction on the hematopoietic and hematopoietic inhibitory factors in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome refractory anemia (MDS-RA). After Iscove’s liquid culture system was used to observe the effect of different doses of MJD mononuclear cells treated with Yijing Jiedu Decoction, the supernatants of the culture system were changed to hematopoietic stimulating factor (IL-3) and hematopoietic inhibitory factor (IFN-γ). RESULTS: The high-dose Yishui Jiedu Decoction group promoted both IL-3 and IFN-γ. Tip: Yi-Jin-Jie Du Decoction has a benign tendency to promote hematopoietic stimulating factor and hematopoietic inhibitory factor to restore homeostasis.
