对２２例腮腺区肿瘤行Ｂ超探查，并将检查结果与腮腺造影做对比。结果：Ｂ超探查诊断腮腺区良性肿瘤的准确率为９４％，恶性肿瘤的准确率为１００％；腮腺造影诊断良性肿瘤准确率为８９％，恶性肿瘤准确率为５０％。提示：Ｂ超探查准确率高，可做为腮腺区肿瘤的首选检查方法。
Twenty-two cases of parotid gland tumors were examined by B-mode ultrasonography and the results were compared with parotid gland imaging. Results: The accuracy of ultrasonography in diagnosing parotid gland benign tumors was 94%, and the accuracy of malignant tumors was 100%. The accuracy of parotid imaging in diagnosing benign tumors was 89% and the accuracy of malignant tumors was 50%. Tip: B-probe high accuracy, can be used as the preferred examination of parotid gland tumor.
