工作在压水堆稳压器中的喷雾器,通常以较小的反应堆进出口的压降作为喷雾压差,而其喷雾流量则相对较大。欲获得较佳的雾化性能十分困难。本文总结了喷雾压差在0.127~0.245MPa,喷雾流量在5~50t/h范围内的五种类型,共27种不同结构参数尺寸喷雾器的试验研究结果。初步找出了影响雾化及其分布特性的主要因素,并推荐出相对合适的喷雾器结构,供现运行而拟改进、发展的核动力装置及压水堆核电站等工程用喷雾器的选型、设计及试验时参考。
Sprayers operating in PWR regulators usually use a smaller pressure drop at the reactor inlet and outlet as the spray pressure differential with a relatively higher spray flow rate. For better atomization performance is very difficult. This paper summarizes the experimental results of five different types of spray sprayer with a spray pressure of 0.127 ~ 0.245MPa and a spray flow rate of 5 ~ 50t / h in a total of 27 different size sprayers. The main factors affecting the atomization and its distribution characteristics were initially identified and the suitable sprayer structure was recommended for the selection and design of the project sprayer for nuclear power plant and PWR nuclear power plant to be improved and developed for operation And test reference.
