夏某,男,4岁。自1岁时无任何诱因脐部长出绿豆大小肿物,呈灰黑色,无不适感,未予介意。以后肿物逐渐增大,至4岁时已大如核桃,穿衣系裤均感不便。曾到某医院就诊,诊为“血管瘤”。动员其手术切除,因患儿父母拒绝,寻来本院要求服中药治疗。余临诊见患儿气色正常,发育营养良好,脐部长有核桃大一肿物,皮色灰暗,质软无痛,按压不能回缩,固定不移。脉舌正常。证属气血淤滞。血脉不通之血瘤。拟活血化淤,通脉消肿法。选桂枝茯苓丸加味:桃仁6克红花3克桂枝5克云芩10克丹皮10克赤芍6克皂角刺6克丝瓜络d克青皮6克昆布10克,3剂,分次煎服。
